Warranty Conditions

Standard normal 1 year warranty is given for products, certain products may have only 3 or 6 months warranty. For selected products 2 years warranty & if the customer wishes to get an extended warranty they can do so by paying the additional amount when purchasing the product.

Warranty covers only the manufacture defects & fabric defects, warranty does not cover physical damages & other damages occurred by natural disasters.

Unavailability of Product / Product Out Of Stock

In the event of a stock unavailability, www.hi2world.com will inform the customer within 3 working days, and the payment can be refunded within 5 working days. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the only remedy available for unavailability of product is the refund of the money paid. Placement of an order including the payment of the order value by the Customer will be construed as an offer.

Product Returns

Customers have the right to return products within 7 days of purchase back to the company at our office under the following circumstances;

• Products must be thoroughly inspected before accepting. If the product is damaged or any parts are missing, you must immediately inform the delivery person and not accept the product. If there is a physical damage at the acceptance of the product, the product should be returned within 24 hours.
• If the product does not function up to the expected standards that it should function as it normally should under normal working conditions. Customers should return the products within 7 days of purchase.
• The product appears used or not in original condition. (the product must be returned to the company immediately)

Refunds

All refunds are processed within 2-3 working days by Hi2world. Further processing back to your credit card / bank account may require additional time depending on the bank / institution for which Hi2world cannot be held liable.
